Delivery Information

Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package until it reaches its destination.

Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2 to 8 business days. Free for all orders over $50.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 to 3 business days. Additional charges apply.

Multiple Shipments:

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different locations based on stock availability. This approach helps us ensure you receive your full order as quickly as possible.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Provided your order has not yet shipped, we can update your address. To change your shipping address, email us at shavonsilva@yahoo.com.

If your order has already shipped, you may still be able to redirect it through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders that have been successfully delivered to an incorrect address. Please ensure you double-check your address details at checkout.

Returns Policy

We offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery/receipt of your order. Here are the steps and conditions for returning items:

Eligibility for Returns:
1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receipt date.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless they are faulty.
3. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes attached swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty packaging.
4. You must provide a photo of your item(s) before shipping so we can assess the condition.

Refunds on Bundles:
If you claim a refund on a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer be valid. The items you keep will revert to their current sale price, and a refund will be issued for the remaining amount.

Example:
If you purchased a Twin Pack for $138 and returned one item, with the current sale price being $84, your refund would be $138 - $84 = $54. The total amount refunded will be calculated at the time your refund is requested.
